Applefest Footdown Throwdown & Trick Contest

We begin with Foodtown Throwdown. Everyone joins in at once and you are allowed to "foot down" three strikes and you're out! Judges will be watching, but be honorable! If your foot touches concrete, even sideways concrete, it's a strike. The last one standing wins the round! The best of three wins a glamorous cash prize, courtesy of local enthusiasts.  After this, we start our trick contest where the ten best young riders will show their skills. Each participant will have two, ninety-second runs to pull their best tricks before the panel of judges and the crowd. 

Cash prizes are only for registered participants and the best trick prize is reserved for young riders from ages 14-17. Ages 18 and older are eligible for smaller cash prizes and schwag. 

Helmets are absolutely required as per park rules! Anyone running without a helmet will be automatically disqualified and disallowed from further participation.
