Specialized Hardrocks from the late eighties make excellent fixed gear bikes! This was was built for someone just beginning and comes with an in-house-built Velocity flip flop wheel to switch between fixed gear and freewheel riding (hand brake not included). It is a small frame of just 16" but with 700c wheels and WTB Thickslick tires!
